It is built for winter jobsites and outdoor applications where frozen ground, frost, snow, or ice can delay work.

Unlike typical concrete curing blankets, Powerblanket ground thawing blankets use higher watt density and deliver uniform full-coverage heat across the entire surface to reduce hot and cold spots. The EH0509G heats to a preset 150°F ± 10°F / 65°C ±5°C and is designed for melting snow and ice from roofs, walkways, construction areas, and more. Its insulated, water-resistant design supports durable outdoor use, and the internal preset thermostat keeps operation simple and maintenance-free.
