Powerblanket’s 3' x 4' ground thawing heated blanket is built for fast, reliable thawing in winter jobsite and outdoor applications. It helps thaw frozen ground, keep vehicle and equipment engines warm, melt dangerous ice dams, and remove snow and ice from roofs, walkways, and construction areas.

Unlike typical concrete curing blankets, Powerblanket ground thawing blankets use higher watt density and uniform full-surface heat to reduce hot and cold spots. The EH0304G heats to a preset 150°F ± 10°F / 65.5°C ±5°C and can thaw frozen ground at an average rate of 12"-24" every 24 hours, with a maximum frozen ground thaw depth of approximately 48". Its insulated, water-resistant design supports durable outdoor use, and the internal preset thermostat keeps operation simple and maintenance-free.
