Powerblanket’s 2' x 2' ground thawing heated blanket is designed for construction sites, home projects, and other cold-weather applications where frozen ground, frost, snow, or ice need to be removed quickly. It delivers higher watt density than standard concrete curing blankets and provides uniform heat distribution without cold spots.

The EH0202G heats to a preset 150°F ± 10°F / 65.5°C ±5°C and can thaw frozen ground at an average rate of 12"-24" every 24 hours, with a maximum frozen ground thaw depth of approximately 48". Its insulated, water-resistant design makes it durable for outdoor use, while the internal preset thermostat offers simple maintenance-free operation. When paired with a thermostatic controller, it can provide greater heat control for a wider range of thawing applications.
