500 Gallon Propane Cylinder Warmer consists of a (4) blanket system. (2) HEATED BLANKETS & (2) INSULATED PADS. Each heated blanket is 800W, 120V, 6.6A. Optional insulated end caps are available. Call or email for pricing.
The (2) Heated Blankets are designed to fit both the right & left side of your vertical tank. They will connect tightly at the bottom and when cinched at the top cover approximately 90% of the tank. The insultaed (non-heated) remaining (2) blankets cover the top, valves, guages, etc.
When working with compressed gases, each substance has its sweet spot - as temperature drops so does PSIG. By using a Powerblanket heated cylinder wrap, gases can be heated and maintained at optimal temperatures allowing for maximum safe output. Keep your pressure up, extend "gas mileage", and eliminate unnecessary refills regardless of outdoor weather or working conditions.
