HOW IT WORKS: Temperature Under Blanket will consistentely be 60° F Above Ambient Air Temperature. When it's 20°F outside you can expect HCC™ to be 80°F under the blanket. Covering your HCC heaters with a tarp/insulated blanket will maximize results and help keep wind from getting under the blanket which will help increasing temperature under the blanket by an additional 15°F. Grommets provided (each corner and 5' on center) so you can stake to the ground. STOP using chemicals and hardeners to speed up the curing process. HCC heated curing blankets are constructed of reinforced PVC, grommeted around the perimeter, insulation is provided by a closed cell microfoam which keeps the heat directed to your forms and tilt tables, and all edges are sealed to keep out the elements. These durable blankets are reusable, roll easily and store compactly, keeping you productive 24/7.

HCC tarps and blankets do not require a thermostat. Blanket maintains a consistent temperature beneath the blanket of 60°F above the ambient air temperature.
