Powerblanket® Rapid Ramp technology features an accelerated initial heat-up time which quickly raises the temperature of fluids to 110°F. Once the blanket achieves 110°F, it reduces power consumption to 400 Watts (3.33 Amps) to maintain the preset 110°F temperature.

The Powerblanket® Bee Blanket is a solution specific for the honey sector. The difference with the Powerblanket heating solution is that it maintains the same temperature as a hive. With our low-level internal thermostats, you don’t have to worry about heating your honey too much. By heating on the entire surface of your honey barrel's walls, honey is warmed and decrystalized more quickly than with an immersion heater ("potato masher") or with a band heater but at a honey-safe temperature.

**Tip on use:

When using the BeeBlanket, place your barrel of honey on a pallet or a piece of foam insulation rather than directly on a concrete floor for faster heating and more complete decrystalization near the bottom. Insulating the top of your drum is also recommended, especially in cold weather.
