The Powerblanket BH55RRG-120 is a full-wrap insulated drum heater designed to quickly and safely warm 55 gallon drums to an ideal working temperature. Using patented GreenHeat Technology, it distributes heat evenly across the entire drum surface to eliminate hot spots and improve viscosity control for oils, chemicals, resins, adhesives, and other temperature-sensitive materials.
This model features Rapid-Ramp technology, which applies higher power during heat-up and then reduces output to maintain temperature more efficiently. A fixed internal thermostat limits contents to approximately 120°F, helping protect sensitive materials from overheating while keeping them ready for processing or dispensing.
